Reflections By the Ironwood

I went for a walk out by the ironwood today in my patch of desert. I sat on my camp stool in the shade, not because I was seeking refuge from the heat but just from the brightness of the sun at midday.

I feel so privileged to be a part of this fight we are in. I am so happy to be participating in it, in my own smallest possible way.

I feel sadness and pity for those on the other side who are caught in the grip of Rage. They have given themselves to a bloodlust to destroy those they Hate. They themselves admit this, but they believe they are righteous in this Hatred.

The Leftist will admit they have no standards. It does not matter that what they do to us is experienced by us as brutal oppression by power. In their minds, this is just, because according to their reckoning, it rights historical injustices, which they label social justice.

The highly trained members of the Left know that this Evening of the Score of History is part of the Law of History and how civilizations evolve. This is a core part of Marxist theory. Knowledge of Marxist theory and how it applies inhistory allows one to see that this Evening of the Score of History is necessary and good.

It means that certain people do indeed have to suffer---the former oppressors. They will experience something they see as tyranny for a period of time.-But the world that comes out of it will be overall a more just world. That is what the Left thinks exactly. The more knowledge of Marxist theory you possess, the more you will understand the wisdom of this process. You will understand why it needs to be managed by people with the correct wisdom and foresight, to steer humanity towards this better world and ot avoid the shoals of history as much as possible.

Standing opposite to them is our side, who believe in Meaning. We believe that no Nation can be God's Kingdom on Earth, but that we can strive towards just government by the Rule of Law. We believe America has been a tremendous achievement in the history of humanity, to bring about this as closely as possible in the Fallen State of Nature in which we live. We believe that humanity needs America to continue as America, as it was founded, under the principle of the Rule of Law. We believe it is the only way forwards towards any form of Justice.

To the Left, the idea of a Constitution and the Rule of Law means only that they will slowed down from achieving the better, more just world. To us, the Constitution and the Rule of Law mean everything, because without them, no Justice is possible at all. This is the fundamental divide.

Which side are you on?
