Through All This, the Iowa Caucus is Saved

 Speaking of Iowa. Funny it is to remember back at the Iowa caucus in February. Remember the debacle of its voting system that night, in front of the world? Remember how everyone said what a disgrace it was for the State? Remember how they said Iowa would  now have to forgeit its first-in-the-nation caucus status because of that, and go to a regular primary?

After that night last winter I sent a card to my relatives in Des Moines. They are strong liberal Democrats who no doubt attended their caucus. I wanted to comfort them. My card was in support of Iowa's caucus, saying it would someone go on..

I don't think anyone is going to care about that debacle three years from now when we are back there. Every state is going to be shown to be targeted by this somehow. The software they used for the caucus might now be examined publicly, along with so many other things. 

And of course President Trump has said very clearly that Iowa will keep its caucus in the calendar. That guy never lets you down.
