The Smooth Transition Ahead

D-DAY + 1: 2000 HRS EST

A broad beachhead has been established. So much in motion. So much that is good. Spirits high for everyone. Everyone is now recognizing we are going to win this.

There is a universal solid awareness by our side that a massive crime has been committed which cannot be allowed to stand. Our forces are as steady as ever. Mike Pompeo's comment above pretty much expresses the mood.

The most startling developments, good ones, seem to be the wholesale housecleaning at the Pentagon. Trump is apparently finally making the moves he has been wanting to make for a long time but has been held back. Why was he held back? Because he had to play possum, to set up this very sting operation we are seeing.

Also the Pennsylvania State Leglistature has indicated it is getting involved directly. This should terrify the Democrats.

Moreover, the various states are coming to the aid of Pennsylvania and the others. The attorneys general in other states are piling in, to support the Pennsylvania Assembly, and by extension, the Trump campaign. This should make it much easier on the Supreme Court, I think, when a whole raft of states come together to assert nationwide fraud in the election. Just guessing. I don't know the Court.

The President indicated today that it will be next week when much of the action really happens. In the meantime, things will grind for the rest of the week and over time weekend, I am guessing.

Until then we will have endure the taunts from the other side to surrender. The Short Wicked & Phony Presidency-Electorate of Joe Biden will play out, to be remembered as a comedy punchline for generations to come. In a way it is a very good thing this happened, as people can finally see what they think they voted for, the ones who voted for him without really knowing what they were getting. We get the real campaign they would have waged, that they would not reveal to us. No one really wants him to be President. The folks on their side may scream at heaven when Donald Trump is sworn in for a second term, but they will not miss Biden. He will not be remembered well.

One should think of this as just as extended version of the celebration that Hillary and her supporters were having, in the early hours of the evening four years ago. What will follow in the weeks ahead will make Hillary seem downright classy.

From my observation, the overall strategic plan appears to be something like this:

1. First, use recounts as a means of stalling certification. File as many lawsuits as possible to get the process going. Meanwhile keep the citizen army exposing the mountainous fraud in as many states as possible, so that people begin to become aware of the scale of the crime that was attempted.  The investigators are doing their work. This will prepare the public's minds, at least the rational folks, for what lies ahead, and the remedy that will need to be applied.

2. Obtain court orders or legislative mandates for audits of the ballots. This should eventually wind up throwing out huge numbers of illegal Biden votes in many states, and/or reverting large chunks of illegally switched votes to Trump.  This alone may win him the Electoral College. This seems like the most likely scenario at the moment, and the one least damaging to the Democrats if they "concede" and allow it to happen.. Even if Trump loses the first-pass Arizona count in the end, he would just need three flips out of PA,MI,WI,GA,AZ,NV, which seems very doable given the margins and the number of fraudulent ballots that will probably be thrown out. I suspect all of them may flip in the end, and Trump will win the Electoral College with at least 312 votes.

3. If it is not possible to resolve the Electors this way by audits, for whatever reason, then the strategy would be to seek invention from enough of the Republican state legislatures in those states to appoint Republican Electors, or to withhold the Electors entirely. Governors don't matter here. The Constitution is clear on this. Obviously this would depend on the existence of a lot of convincing evidence, which we presume will exist to justify a conclusion of an attempt an election theft on a grand scale. This is what the huge effort is about right now, to document it all, to support the investigation and the evidence the Trump campaign is holding that we don't know about, which is enough to get McConnell and other wavering Senators to firm up like steel when they hear it.

4. If that is not conclusive enough---because the legislatures are paralyzed for whatever reason.  for whatever reason--then it goes to the Supreme Court, by some avenue we don't know yet. Bicden gets to plead in front of Clarence Thomas. The Court does the right thing, punts it to the House, where Trump wins the vote of the states 26-23.  The Senate votes Mike Pence as VP. If this scenario happens, the Republican state reps from Alaska, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho and other states are going to be the most popular people on Earth during that time, in a way that makes the "Hamilton Elector" thing from last time look like a school play.

But I have a feeling we won't need to go that far, all the way to the House. Just my gut. Maybe because it would be just too awesome if that happened.

Something keeps telling me the Dems are going to fold much sooner than that.  I can handle a more prosaic ending like in #2 above Anything over 270 is gravy.
