It has felt like a temperate spring. Last night it was cloudy and there were drops of rain on the kitchen window. It's now the fifth of May and I have not yet switched from my office to the outdoor patio for my early morning prayer and mediation. At least I am not still running the space heater, but as of last week I was still turning it on for a few minutes to warm my legs.

I just learned Sister Miriam also wrote Paradoxology: Spirituality in a Quantum Universe.
Holy cow. Can't even think about how to respond to that wild fact. But come to think of it, not that surprising.
Wait, is it illustrated by Sendak?
Is there a Pocket Naturalist?
Everything should have a Pocket Naturalist. Perhaps in the age of AI, this will become in demand. The laminated card in one's hand is a tactile feeling of possession of knowledge that cannot be duplicated by the scanning of a computer screen.
